YDP Payroll Management

YDP operates a fully staffed payroll bureau, processing weekly payrolls for hundreds of clubs and hospitality business.

This means calculating pay for your staff on a weekly basis, providing detailed reports and payslip back to the club. We then submit your RTI to HMRC and Pension upload to your chosen provider.

Our team are always up to date with the most recent legislation and are able to advise on a a wide range of employment issues.

During covid lockdowns, YDP provided constant advice and support to clubs. We calculated CJRS (Corona Virus Job Retention Scheme) applications for all our clubs securing thousands of pounds of hospitality grants. Since then we have helped clubs through the shift towards zero hours contracts and ever changing employment regulations. Once you join us we are here to help, and will always be available to talk through any issues you encounter.

  • Calculation of pay and provision of payslips based on weekly or contracted hours for both fixed term and zero hours staff.

  • Acting as your PAYE agent YDP are able to liaise with HMRC regarding all aspects of your employees status, ensuring compliance with strict employment legislation.

  • Weekly PAYE record keeping and submission of RTIs to HMRC ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Management of auto-enrolment for pensions, issuing necessary pensions letters, liaising with pension providers and submitting weekly pensions uploads as required by law.

  • On request, YDP can also help the club manage your employees holiday entitlement.

    This means holiday accrual calculations are correct and staff understand what they are paid.
